Sautéed Mushrooms

  • 2½ T butter olive oil
  • ½ T traditional balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/8 t dried oregano
  • 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
Heat the oil in large skillet over medium heat.  Stir in remaining ingredients and sauté 20-30 min. until tender.
