Sautéed Mushrooms
2½ T butter olive oil
½ T traditional balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 t dried oregano
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
Heat the oil in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in remaining ingredients and sauté 20-30 min. until tender.
